I enjoyed 8 memorable nights here with friends! The staff made our stay unforgettable. Susan at Neptunes was a highlight. The diverse dining options, especially Neptune's and Portofino's, exceeded expectations. We appreciated the beautiful pools and nightly entertainment that kept the good vibes going.

The stunning gardens provided a beautiful setting, and enjoying warm bread at dinner was a highlight. However, the dilapidated condition of our room was disappointing, with outdated furniture and poorly maintained lighting. Additionally, the corridors felt dark and uninviting, which detracted from the overall ambiance. While the variety of entertainment options made our evenings enjoyable, the room quality certainly did not meet the expectations of a luxury stay.

beautiful gardens but dining needs improvement
The gardens were stunning, with lush greenery and vibrant flowers. Dinner at La Parisienne was delightful, offering a range of delicious French cuisine and impeccable service. The Merry Monkey English Pub provided a cozy atmosphere along with an impressive selection of comfort food that we greatly enjoyed.
The overall dining experience could be more consistent in quality.

Finding a sunbed by the infinity pool was challenging.
